From order to finished piece
01Choose your bag
Pick the offer that suits you: one bag, two sets in one bag, or separate bags (2 or 3).
Right after you pay, you get an email with your personal link to the catalogue, where you choose your chain and charms. You can add extra points before checkout if you want more charms. Buying it as a gift? Enter the recipient’s email at checkout so the link goes to them.
02Personalize
Open the catalogue and choose what to make: a necklace, bracelet, key charm or bag charm.
Every set comes with 38 points (plus any extras you added). Your selection can’t go over your points, and leftover points under 2 can’t be used.
Charmie charms — 2 points each
Acrylic, plastic, resin or basic metal alloys such as zinc. Keep them dry, away from perfume, direct sunlight and sweat, and handle them gently.
Stainless steel & glass — 4 points each
Glass or durable stainless steel, made to last — you can even wear them by the sea.
Bella’s exclusive — 6.5 points each
Stainless steel and glass exclusives that make your piece stand out.

03Preparation & delivery
We start packing once we have your complete selection. Preparation takes up to 2 working days; Omniva then delivers to your parcel locker in 1–2 working days.
Delivery can occasionally take longer, especially around national holidays.

Scan the QR code inside to watch the assembly instructions. Follow the steps carefully — it’s what makes your piece last.
05Make yourself comfy
Put on your favourite playlist, pour yourself the drink from the bag and put on your face mask.
