Full terms governing the purchase and use of Charmié gift vouchers. Last updated: April 2026.

Minimum value of a gift voucher is 25 €.
Valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
The voucher must be used — meaning the visit must take place — before the expiry date. A reservation alone does not extend validity.
The validity period cannot be extended. Please plan your visit in advance.
After the voucher expires, 50% of its value can still be used within 30 days of the expiry date.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstances.
If the chosen service exceeds the voucher value, the difference can be paid in the studio. If the workshop or service costs less than the voucher value, the remaining amount is not refunded.
Lost vouchers are not reissued.
Gift vouchers may be transferred to another person.
Children aged 10 and above may participate in the workshops accompanied by an adult.
Physical vouchers are collected in person at the studio: Verkių g. 31A–210, Vilnius. A pickup time will be arranged after purchase.
Vouchers can be used only in the physical studio in Vilnius. They are not valid for online purchases or third-party services.

Workshop Reservations

All workshops require an advance reservation. The studio is closed if no appointment has been booked for that day.

Maximum 8 participants per session. For larger groups, contact us in advance.
There is no minimum group size — individual bookings are welcome.

All chains and clasps used in workshops are made from 316L stainless steel — waterproof, tarnish-resistant, and hypoallergenic.
Charms are an add-on and are not included in the base workshop price. They are available in stainless steel, zinc alloy, resin, acrylic, or glass.
Beads provided are made from resin and acrylic. All materials are sourced from verified suppliers.

Gift vouchers are purchased via bank transfer. Payment instructions are sent after your order is confirmed.
Payment in the studio (for additional items during a workshop) is by bank transfer only. Card payments are not available at this time.

The studio space (36 m²) is available for private bookings. Maximum recommended 15–20 guests.
The studio is located in an office building. No amplified music on weekdays before 18:00.
Private event requests should include: purpose, number of attendees, desired workshops, duration, and preferred date.
