Terms & Conditions
- Minimum value of a gift card is 25 €.
- Valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
- The card must be used — meaning the visit must take place — before the expiry date. A reservation alone does not extend validity.
- Validity period cannot be extended — please plan your visit in advance.
- After the card expires, 50% of its value can still be used within 30 days.
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- If the chosen service exceeds the card value, the difference can be paid in studio. If the workshop costs less, the remaining amount is not refunded.
- Lost cards are not reissued.
- Gift cards may be transferred to another person.
- Children aged 10 and above may participate in the workshops.
- Physical cards are collected at the studio: Verkių g. 31A–210, Vilnius.
- Cards can be used only in the physical studio in Vilnius.
